How Your Personal Brief Works

You tell us what you want. We deliver it. That's the simple version.

Here's how it works.

You Design Your Brief

When you sign up, you create sections for your newsletter. Each section has a topic and specific prompts describing what you want covered. For example:

  • "Markets" — "US equity market moves and notable earnings," "Macro economic indicators and Fed policy"
  • "AI & Tech" — "Major AI product launches and research breakthroughs"
  • "Potential Clients" — "Major news about Google, Facebook, Kickstarter, Netflix, OpenAI, Anthropic, Microsoft, Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz"

You pick how many stories per prompt and the weekly delivery time you want. That's the setup.

We Search the News

On your selected weekly schedule, our system takes each of your prompts and searches across thousands of news sources. Not just keyword matching — semantic understanding of what you're actually looking for. There's a big difference between searching for "Apple" the company and "apple" the fruit, and our system knows it.

We Filter Out the Noise

Raw search results are messy. The same story gets reported by dozens of outlets. Press releases get picked up verbatim. Low-quality sites rehash content from better sources.

We handle all of it:

  • Source quality ranking — tiered system prioritizing original reporting from reputable outlets
  • Deduplication — same story from 12 outlets? We keep the best one
  • Freshness — only stories from the last 24 hours

AI Summarization

Once we have the best articles, our AI reads each one and generates a concise summary. These aren't generic abstracts. They're written with your prompt in mind. If you asked for "actionable trade ideas," the summary highlights the actionable angle. If you asked for "regulatory changes," it focuses on what changed and what it means.

The summaries are short enough to scan in seconds, detailed enough to know if you want to dig deeper.

Delivery

Everything gets assembled into a clean email with your custom header image, organized by the sections you defined. It arrives at the time you chose. Read it in 5 minutes.

If your needs change, update your sections on the dashboard. Tomorrow's brief reflects the changes immediately. Or just reply to the email and tell us what to change — we'll handle it.

Check it out and see it in action.
